CSAE Compliance Statement
(Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Prevention & Response Policy)
At Semper Love, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any content or behavior that involves, promotes, or enables the sexual exploitation or endangerment of minors.
We are committed to fully complying with all applicable local and international laws regarding child protection, including the U.S. PROTECT Act, COPPA, GDPR (as applicable), and all relevant platform and app store policies. Our safeguards are designed to prevent CSAE, detect any violations, and take immediate action.

Real-time reporting tools allowing users to report accounts, messages, and videos directly within the app.

Internal content moderation workflows to review all flagged or suspicious activity within 24 hours.
3. Age Verification and Access Restrictions
We actively prevent minor access through:
-
Age confirmation at account creation

Content filtering and moderation for any underage indicators
-
Immediate suspension of accounts suspected to be under 18
-
Permanent bans on users found violating this rule
4. Reporting to Authorities
We report all verified CSAE content and user behavior to:

We do not hesitate to work with authorities during investigations and will preserve necessary data to assist them as required by law.
